However, please allow up to 3 business days for a reply. We respond to inquiries in the order they are received, so sending multiple emails may result in an extended wait time.

REGARDING DELAYED SHIPMENTS: We have received many complaints of orders being delayed or not being delivered at all, especially our prepaid subscriptions. Enough orders have been lost that we are currently in the process of moving our fulfillment operations to a new warehouse, which has paused our July order fulfillment. We apologize for any delays in getting your order to you, and hope this move will provide a better experience for all! Orders will resume shipping on Monday, July 15th. Please let us know if this is the case for you and we will get you a replacement box shipped out as soon as possible.
